Founded by Napoleon V. Mills Sr., who possesses a CDL class A with all endorsements and driving experience in heavy vehicles for 10 years, 6 years with a CDL class B and 4 years with a CDL class A. He drove through 48 states and Canada. He also performs as a Driver Trainer and Driver Instructor examiner with 24 years of experience.
